The following Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Z-Plan, Inc. website to purchase professional medical offerings provided by Bruno Health, P.A. and affiliated medical groups (“Provider(s)” and together, “Z-Plan”) and all other offerings (hereinafter the “Offerings”). Your use of the Site and Offerings constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these Terms. If you disagree with one or more of these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use this Site or Offerings; please promptly exit this Site.
As an important note, Z-Plan does not provide medical care. Rather, Z-Plan, Inc. offers an online communication platform for Providers and their patients to connect via the Site through the use of synchronous and asynchronous telecommunications technologies for the provision of Offerings by Providers. The Site facilitates communication between patients and Providers.
NOTICE OF BINDING ARBITRATION: YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND OFFERINGS IS SUBJECT TO BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OF ANY DISPUTES WHICH MAY ARISE, AS PROVIDED IN THE SECTIONS BELOW TITLED “DISPUTES” AND “BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION”.

1. Definition of Offerings
For purposes of these Terms, the term “Offerings” refers to technology, administrative, and facilitation services provided by Z-Plan, as well as discrete, one-time medical services delivered by independent Providers. Offerings do not include any memberships, subscriptions, or ongoing medical care programs.
2. No Memberships or Subscriptions
Z-Plan does not offer any memberships or subscriptions as part of its Offerings. All transactions are one-time only.
3. Changes to Terms of Use
We have the right to change or add to the terms of this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Terms on Z-Plan’s website and/or mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”). In accordance with our Privacy Policy, changes to these Terms will not weaken the privacy protections applied to your Protected Health Information without your being notified. Any use of the Offerings after our publication of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the Terms as modified. However, any Dispute that arose before the modification shall be governed by the Terms that were in place when the Dispute arose.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offerings or any portion thereof in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Offerings or any portion are unavailable at any time or for any period.
4. Fees – Other Charges and Fee Changes
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of Offering.
We may change our fees at any time. We will provide you with advance notice of these fee changes. New fees will not apply retroactively.
Terms of Use
Z-Plan offers compounded GLP-1s exclusively from U.S. pharmacies. While these pharmacies are highly regulated, the FDA has not evaluated the medications for safety, quality, or efficacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Ozempic® and Wegovy® are not compounded and are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk. Zepbound® and Mounjaro® are not compounded and are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly.
